Biography

Katherine English is vice president of government relations at The Fertilizer Institute. Katherine directs all of the Institute’s policy advocacy efforts and ensures the fertilizer industry’s voice is heard on Capitol Hill.

Prior to joining TFI, Katherine served as counsel to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) as well as the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee (HSGAC).  Prior to her Senate work, Katherine was an Assistant District Attorney in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. 

Katherine received a degree in business from Oklahoma State University and her juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma school of law.
