TFI Elects 2016 Board of Directors

Fertilizer Producers, Wholesalers and Retailers are Represented

Orlando, Fla. - The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) today announced the election of its 2016 Board of Directors. The election took place during a vote of the membership during TFI’s Annual Meeting. Garrett Lofto President of Simplot’s AgriBusiness Division serves as TFI’s Chairman and Chuck Magro President and CEO of Agrium serves as Vice Chairman.

 Other members elected to a one year term were: Tony Will, CF Industries, Inc.; Jerry Lippert, CGB Fertilizer; Jeff Greseth, CHS Inc.; Bill White, CVR Energy; Steven Liebelt, Dakota Gasification Company; Phil Gough, El Dorado Chemical Company; Brian Harlander, Gavilon Fertilizer LLC; Mark Orr, GROWMARK, Inc.; Mike Hamilton, Honeywell Resins and Chemicals; Bob Jornayvaz,Intrepid Potash, Inc.; Melih Keyman, Keytrade AG; Chase Koch, Koch Agronomic Services LLC; Renso Zwiers, OCI Fertilizers; Jochen Tilk, PotashCorp; John Diesch, Rentech Nitrogen; Bill Wolf,The Andersons, Inc.; Joc O’Rourke, The Mosaic Company; Jeff Minnis, Trammo, Inc.; Matt Carstens, United Suppliers, Inc.; Dmitry Osipov, Uralkali; Brent McGowan, Wilbur Ellis and Jorgen Rostrup, Yara North America, Inc.

TFI’s membership also elected the following new board members for three year terms: Robert Brown, Calamco;Chris DeMoss, MFA Inc.; Keith Espelien, Compass Minerals; Mark Morrissey,United Services and Scott Schertz, Schertz Aerial Service.
