Certified Biostimulant is based on the United States Biostimulant Industry Guidelines, which provides criteria for the proper documentation of evidence to support efficacy testing methods, composition, and safety. The program provides several benefits for manufacturers, ag retailers, and growers. Companies with approved products will be provided a label to utilize on their plant biostimulant, which can be helpful for consumer branding and ag retailers’ confidence.

The fertilizer industry places a priority on the safe storage, handling, and transportation of plant nutrients. IWe know that the public expects all members of the plant nutrient chain to take the steps reasonably necessary to help assure that the products they produce and distribute are handled and stored in accordance with Federal rules and regulations. We explicitly endorse the ResponsibleAg program created under the leadership of both the Agricultural Retailers Association and The Fertilizer Institute. We strongly encourage all facilities that store and handle plant nutrient fertilizers to immediately register and participate in the program.
